AOE Online has stopped working! Pls help!

ok, heres the problem. I installed the game, it was updating (for like an hour) and when it finished i start the game, the warrior appears on the screen with his back turned and this appears on my screen and i have no choice then to close the application. It happens every time i try to play the game on the very same spot. Help

Well i tried reinstalling the game then i got the thing on the 1st picture, after i downloaded granny2.dll and installed it i got the thing on the second picture

Please make sure you are running the game as administrator. Right click on 'age of empries online' and choose 'run as administrator'.

If you are getting the 'granny2.dll' missing error, please run a 'full scan' from the game launcher.

I solved that problem on the pictures but the original problem is still there. "AOEO has stopped working" and i have to close it.

That's a pretty generic error code, it won't be easy to deduce what the cause is :-/

Couple things you will want to verify though:

Running the game as administrator (assuming you are already)

All the latest windows updates and service packs installed on your system

The microsoft .net framework is up-to-date.

|||Please email us a copy of the crash details to comunity@ageofempiresonline.com and we will forward it to the technical team to see i they can give us more information.|||I did and u told me that the details i gave u are too generic and dont actuallly pinpoint the problem and that alot of people are having same kind of problem. U also said u guys are working on it, well any progress?
