Not able to have two computer connect at the same time

A friend came over, started playing, I went to log on and could not connect. Re installed the game and still could not connect. We both play on the same server and as soon as he logs off I can log on no problem. Any way to fix this?|||

Are you using two different user accounts? You can not share an account online.
