missing windys wild widget store premium

[:1]bassicly thats the problem i never received a blueprint for this store and the other thing is that i am not able to use neither. it says " requirest a premium civilization" even when i have the season 1 pass (premium package for both civs) .. ..something is not right here... please help me or send me to a place where they can help me out. thank you and GL HF|||

Windy's Wild Widget store is an addition to the retail version, not the online premium version.
