why cant u cod someone using mail ?

why cant you just use normal mail (cod) to send some deco, a few have tried certain items, but they can only trade in game? isnt this a silly idea, if we can trade, why cant we just use cod in the mail aswell? is this a glitch?|||Maybe this is what they are going to fix monday while they work on a real fix for the trade exploit?|||This is the first I've heard of this issue honestly. Can you tell me which deco's you're trying to trade? Are you sure that the recipient can use them?|||You also can't sent rare and epic items for Coin OnDeliveryif you are F2P.|||

theres not one person and theres been quite a few that are unable to send me residences via mail using cod, was fine in beta, but now everyone says the same (that i wanted to buy off) all said the same, they are unable to use their mail system to send to me, but when i trade using in game (right clicking on their name) it works fine, i would have thought it be alot easier to use mail as when ur in quest u cant use trade system

i can use them yes as i have premium, i wanted to buy residences, but the people ive tried to buy off say they cant send using mail system, but the trade system works ok, is there any reason for this?
