my parental account getting in the way of me buying things

thanks to this game i found out windows live sucks :\. my brother forgot the password of theparental account we use to play this game. i can't find anywhere to fix it's password. you guys could either tell me how to fix the account or show me how to get a code for the greek premium pack without going through live. thx, bye.
