I have problem downloading stuff from GFWM. I have this kind of mesage "There was an error retrieving your purchase history. Please sign out and try again later." I pursched Greek civ pack and cant download it ;/

things i did so far:

difrent computer ,(4) was trying via Xp win 7 and by xbox 360 in my home in girlfriend home and frined one ;S

redownloading whole program GFWM and age of empire online,

synchronizing time via time.windows.com,

trying downloading it by xbox side / Xbox life my acc -> downloading history -> compuer ( PC games ) whole downloading content / expansions

i have free space for download premium

was calling to Xbox life/ Game for windowssupport

nothing helps same mesage all the time for a week now plx help me :(

  1. 1. Sign out of the Games for Windows Marketplace.

    2. If you're using Windows 7, try using the 'Search programs and files' box on the Start menu to search for %localappdata%. Double-click the Microsoft directory/folder, then the GFWLive folder. Locate a file called livedata.dat, delete it, and try signing into Games for Windows Marketplace again to try the download again.
