Unable to install the game - error 0x80070641

Hello.

When I was trying to install the game, around halfway I got the 0x80070641 error message. After trying again and again, I decided to reinstall Games for Windows Live. That proved to be difficult as well - I was unable to uninstal it via control panel (I kept getting an error message), but I finally managed it by using Revo uninstaller. The problem is, now I'm getting the same error - 0x80070641 - when installing Games for Windows Live client. Or AoE Online. Or any other Windows Live software. I'm out of ideas... can anyone help?
