log on problems

i can get the game going till you try and log on your live account.

i can get to my email i can get on here i just keep getten an error logging on live to play the game

again i can log on hotmail.

i changed me password like 5 times

i can load the game i just can not log onto live to play.

anyone else having this problem

I am having the same issue, I am able to log on to games for windows live market place anywhere except for the game

just went through a full battery of troubleshooting with a tech over the phone and they had to submit a ticket. This is very upsetting because I just purchased the game yesterday

|||i cant even log onto windows live market place. says same thing windows live id does not exist or PW is wrong
|||I'd also like to know why My Premium Acct is now missing when i log in it asks me to create a new game I'd like some support|||i can even log on my xbox live account thru the we b browser yet this account wont log on keeps sayen invalid user/PW

If your empire is missing, make sure you're looking at the right server. It often resets itself to the first in alphabetic order. but that's probably not the server you want to play in.

If you're having connection issues with live. Try to log on to xbox.com and mess around in the settings. I found that setting up your hotmail/live through xbox.com is required for you to play with it in a game.
(Based off own experience, in all likelyhood not a solution for other people)

|||I've had this same problem. I tried all the trouble shooting steps. I just went over tohttp://account.live.comand my account had to be verified (was originally an xbox live account). I went back in the game and it was able to download my profile. Hope this works for you too.|||Having same issue here. Has to be some kind of server error, everything on my end is working fine. I can load the gam but won't log into my live account. So it won't let me play. :(
