Can't buy the "Welcome Pack" from Germany

Hi,

i play AOE Online for free, after one long night playing, i would buy a premium pack. So I logged in in marketplace.xbox.com and try to buy the pack with PayPal and Creditcard. When i click on buy, it is loading a short time and after that I get an Error in German:

Es tut uns leid

Während der Transaktion ist ein Fehler aufgetreten. Versuchen Sie es später noch einmal.

I tried it from yesterday morning until today. Nothing works.

Same problem in the App from Mircosoft Windows Marketplace.

So i tried the phone Support, they tell me I should opened my Ports. Yeah sure. Thats the problem. haha.

Is there a good Answer in the world?

|||Same problem in Greece. Cant buy through games for windows live or microsoft points either.|||there are a lot of e-shops where u can buy MS points, i did and now i have premium working and crete too :)

a) two days ago i bought successfully (!) the start-up / welcome pack online via market-place for girlfriend by creditcard and xbox gold-membership

b) today, its me to purchase the season-pass ... but its not possible to get it by creditcard and xbox gold-membership

perhaps they do not want cash anymore?

no hardware or software has changed ... the only difference is, that a) os running is xp b) os running w7prem

b) membership was not gold but silver

buying microsoft-points still works ... got them ... and now im owner of season-pass (bought and installed)

forced download via options-menu

but still no features :-(

now its time for rtfm and forum-search

repeated download,installation and gamelaunch ... successful

returning to normal useraccount ... all fine now
