Problem to start the game

I have a problem. I have installed the game and I have an account but when the age of empire online launcher comes up nothing happens. I can't press play or write something.

Please help me!

Are you able to run a Full Scan in the Options menu?

Can you describe your problem in more detail?

I Have the same problem. I can't write my name and pass and the play button is not enabled.

Run the launcher as an Administrator and you'll be able to press the "play" button.
