how to get product key?

ok so after useing half a hour figureing how to get the product key, and even how wrtie on the forum i finally found this post:http://forums.ageofempiresonline.com/forums/thread/76765.aspx

i followed these steps point for point, but when i open the full games tab where it is said age of empires online should show up..... nothing comes?

is it me or have other of you ran into the same problem?

|||Try re-installing the Games for Windows LIVE client (http://www.xbox.com/en-US/Live/PC/DownloadClient) and then the game.
