Seasons Pass I (possible issue with not getting account properly flagged)

I purchased the seasons pass the day the game was released. I received all my stores and whatnot that were available. The issue I am having is that I did not receive a Windys Wild Widgets. That in itself is not my issue. I saw one in a friends Capital City and I was not able to purchase from it. It said I need to purchase the Premium Greek pack. I am not sure how to check really if I do have it or not. I did purchase the Seasons Pass which I assumed gave me access to everything for the first 6 months. Also Crete only has one quest for me, the demo defend against 10 waves quest. I am not even sure if there are any other quests or if there is some trigger I need to do to get access to more quests. I did the demo quest a few times but nothing happened. I did recieve the points with Crete. I would appreciate some insight on my issues, and how I can confirm my account is flagged for what it is supposed to be flagged for.

For what its worth I have yet to receive an epic item from any chest.

|||Another quick note. I assumed that buying the Seasons Pass I gave me access to everything that the Special Launch offer gave, if I am mistaken please let me know about that as well. Thanks for taking the time to reply.
