Premium not working.

Hello,

I just bought the Special Launch offer (been charged etc), but when I launched the game and did quests up until I got premium-only rewards it says I can't use it because I'm not premium. How do I activate this or what's gone wrong?

Once the scheduled maintenance is over please try again. If you're still getting issues after that let me know and I'll gladly assist you.

Thanks for the quick reply, I'll let you know. But it's strange though, as I played for about 1.5 hours before the maintenance without it working.

|||I have the same problem , i purchased the 2 civ pack installed it but am still stuck as free player , has been over a week and im going insane as to get any help, please help!|||

Have you logged into the GFWL client and actually downloaded the Premium packs?

Open the GFWL Client, select downloads, then you'll see Age of Empires Online Premium Greek, etc. Click download.

I have problemdownloading stuff from GFWM. I have this kind of mesage"There was an error retrieving your purchase history. Please sign out and try again later." I pursched Greek civ pack and cant download it ;/

things i did so far:

difrent computer ,(4) was trying via Xp win 7 and by xbox 360 in my home in girlfriend home and frined one ;S

redownloading whole program GFWM and age of empire online,

synchronizing time via time.windows.com,

trying downloading it by xbox side / Xbox life my acc -> downloading history -> compuer ( PC games ) whole downloading content / expansions

i have free space for download premium

was calling to support

nothing helps same mesage all the time fora week now plx help me :(

|||I have the same problem, i am Premium, i have checked if GFWL has downloaded and installed, which it has, and i can't buy rare stuff from other cities yet i can earn them through quests. I am not sure by treasure chest in quests since i haven't found any rare or epic yet|||

If you are havingtroubleswith the GFWL client then ask their support.

While in your capital city, go into the online store. Does it show it was purchased there?

If it does show it's purchased click on it, it will give you the "buy" option. Click that and it should say "download again"

If it says download again please click that, let it download, exit the game and enter the game again and it should work.
