Co-op Quests

Is there any way currently in the game for both players to simultaneously get credit for a co-op quest without having to do the quest twice, once for each player?

Crete, for instance, is one that I do a lot with friends and only one of us gets the chests, Empire Points, and coins at the end.

We're both doing the work, why can't we both get credit without doing it twice?

I did a quick search, didn't see this addressed elsewhere.

|||i would love to know aswell

also after you finish a quest with a friend, how does the guest playing level the quest?.
right now the host can finish the quest just fine but the guest will just be left hanging in the level.|||

that sounds strange, I dont know about crete but all other quests if we both have them we both get rewards.

When two players do not have the same quest, the one that doesnt will simply receive exp at the completion of the quest (check the ticker). The exp scales based on level by the look of it, but also never seems to give as much exp as the person who has the quest (ie. my co op partner might be 30-40,000 exp and I only get 10,000 to 20,000).

That sounds strange about Crete, can anyonen else confirm this?

The only reason you both aren't getting it in my opinion is only one of you has crete or the quest. Those who dont own the crete addition can still play crete if a partner has it but wont be rewarded

|||thanks for replying, but yeah... how does the guest finish the quest?. im guessing its something simple that im missing but yeah im totally lost|||

the guest receives exp automatically at the end of the quest (check the ticker tab next to trade).

However in the defence of crete, if your partner does not have this addition to the game, I believe they will receive no rewards.

|||I guess the friends I was playing with hadn't bought the expansion... I didn't know you had to have it to get credit for it as well. Thanks for the replies.
