Where are my Empire Extra items? (Glorious Gardening and Startling Statuary)

As per my recent purchase:

The description of "Glorious Gardening" and "Startling Statuary" is as follows:

-Includes 10 bush and fountain types that you can use as many times as you like to beautify your Capital City.

-Includes 10 statue types that you can use as many times as you like to beautify your Capital City.

I was just curious as to where I might find these items as they have yet to appear in my inventory. Should I wait until tomorrow before contacing support? Or does anyone have any insight towards these issues? Any help or information would be great.

Open the GFWL client and make sure they are downloaded.

Also, they are stores, you need to place the blueprint.

|||I understand they are stores but they still claim that they include 10 blueprints that I am allowed to place as many times as I like... so again... why aren't there 10 items from each purchase within my inventory that I may place at my leisure?|||

There are 10 itemsdifferentat each store that you get for free as many times as you want. You may go to the store and get theblueprint for what you want to build, then build the decoration you want from your inventory.

Try going to another persons city that has 1 of those stores and see if you can buy them to confirm your purchase wassuccessful.

Ah, well it's costing me money and not allowing me to get the blueprints for free...

Does it say: Coin 0 or something along those lines?

|||I've tried uninstalling andre-installing, I'm going away for the weekend but any further posts assisting me with these issues would be great. I can't seem to get the plans for free from the stores... if I do purchase an item from the shops not only does it cost coins but it does not allow me any sort of unlimited placement. I'd be happy if I could get them for free, stack them, and place them at my leisure. Should I contact support about this? I really want to startbeautifyingmy city!|||

The items offered by these two stores are indeed not free, which is intended.. they also never run out of stock, hence the 'unlimited' in the description.

It's another goldsink for the players that bought these items and use them to build their capitals.

Alright I've gotten so many conflicting stories- I don't see why I don't have access to things I've already purchased. What sense does it make that I should have to re-purchase them time and time again in-game when it clearly states I should have endless useage of the items.

When something says it includes 10 items those 10 items should be readily available to me to place, not something I should have to purchase again...
