Scenario.bar won't stop downloading

[:1]I recently downloaded aoeo and the game starts patching when I launch it.it gets to scenario.bar which it says it downloads to 100% but then it starts redownloading its done that about 7 orr 8 times I've tried uninstalling and reinstalling both thee game and windows marketplace but it had no affect. can someone please help?|||
