PAID FOR GAME AND CANT GET ANSWERS TO WHY ITS NOT WORKING

[:1]Every time I go to play I keep getting (Faulting application) I called xbox no answers I wrote too posts no answers I dont understand how you pay for something and NO helps to make sure you get what you paid for.

Help is available... Are you getting an error message? Can you go into more detail than "Faulting application" please. Did you purchase a retail version of the game or did you purchase it from the Microsoft Marketplace? What operating System are you running on your computer?

With more information we can try to come up with a solution and get you playing!!! :)

1. I got it from the Microsoft Marketplace,

2. My Operating System is Windows 7,

3. Every time I go to launch and play the game it keep giving me an error
message that ( Age of Empires Online has stopped working) so I went into
