WHAT?!! I been playing when the servers got down for maintenance yesterday and when I came back I realized my account is deleted and the game is asking me to create new account!
I was greek level 20! I cant believe this has happened. I see people posting similar experiences before. Like what is going on Microsoft? You must be freakin' joking! There is no way I am going to spend that amount of time to go through all that again to hit level 20.
I also planed to purchase both premium civilizations soon.
I hope there is a way to sort this out and bring my account back, otherwise you lost a loyal customer!

Plz delete it|||The solution to this error in case anyone else comes across this problem is to log into your account, and select "Choose Realm" from the Empire Selection screen, and select the server that you initially created your civilization on.
