I purchased the Microsoft points and then I went to purchase the Egyptian Civilization Pack but it gave me the Greek Civilization Pack. I am not lying. I didn't pick the wrong one and now I want to change it. I have a level 10 Egyptian city and no Greek city. I called XBox LIVE support and they said they had no access to change it, and that all payments are final. But WTF its a glitch with the game because I checked 5 times that I had Egypt selected and it gave me Greek and I don't want to play the Greeks.
Can someone help me fix this from Support AoEO because you cannot rip people off like this.
|||Try contacting Games For Windows support instead of Xbox support. They might be able to correct the issue.
To get the contact number for Games For Windows in your area go to support.xbox.com You will see a tab for Games For Windows. Click that tab and then "Contact Us" near the middle of your screen.
Try that first.
