i bought digital version of 1600 MS points from amazon.com from here "http://www.amazon.com/Xbox-360-Live-1600-Points/dp/B000B9RI14 "

i received my code on my email and used the code to redeem MS points on xbox.com

i get an error "An error has occurred during the transaction. Please try again later."

I tried this earlier to buy Greek civ and it worked without any problems now i wants to buy Egyptian civ, can someone please help me .

I don't have xbox console can someone tell me whats wrong

|||yea i used that xbox.com, i signed in and i get that error, as i said i dont have console , i only have PC , and i still get the same error

The redemption of codes does not matter if you're using Xbox, Xbox Live or Games for Windows. They're all connected to your account.

I would suggest contacting Xbox support and explain the situation. Your Gamertag for GFWL is the same for Xbox.

They will check the redemption code in their system to verify it's valid and for your home country as codes are only valid for the country their issued in.
