art bar patching issue

[:1]I have tried patching this game 3 times now. Each time I patch it the download bar stops when the art bar begins downloading. Can anyone help me with this issue?

This happened to my friend. go into control panel, then add or remove programs, find aoeo and click uninstall, but when it prompts you, click "repair"
