Many people areexperiencingproblems with system overheating, try turning all graphics to minimum and sound off.

If it runsnormallyonce you do that, slowly re-enable thing (starting with sound) until you get to the one that causes your computer to shut down.

|||ok going to try that right now i have turned grafics all off and music but ambient sound is on as well i'll let you know how it work s out give me ten minutes please|||didn't work..maybe made it last a minute longer|||anyone?|||clean out all the dust in the PC

bump...anyone?

|||put vsync on|||

Does it make a difference if you're playing a quest or idle in your city?

If not,Minimize the game window and see if something else is happening, such as a Windows Updater is preforming a restart or shut down of your system. A few years ago there was a an issue on the web that when you updated some software it would activate the windows shutdown system. For some reason I'm thinking it was tied to a video card driver update or spamware software update and it caused havoc with users. Like I said, it was a few years ago. While in the game you wouldn't notice the shutdown popup being in full screen mode but this "could" be the issue resurfacing again. I do know there was a solution for this issue back then and I'm sure if it's the same issue popping up again the old fix would work.

Let me know your findings...
