Premium civ. required

[:1]On release, I purchased the retail game, that came with Premium Greek Civilization, and redeemed codes. It does recognize me being premium (can build many storehouses, build 5 storing building in capital, and build 10 workshops in capital) but it does not allow me to purchase or buy premium items, such as decorations. Is this a bug, or am I doing something wrong?

You need a diffrent pack to buy decorations.

|||Then why does it say specifically that it requires premium civilization, and when I click on them, it suggests I buy a premium greek civ. I'm pretty sure that it doesn't need a different pack.

Well i got the same issue.

I want to buy rareequipments from a friend and i can't :\ it keeps saying "requires premium civ." but i bought the launch offer pack (the one with both premium civs). I can equip every item but i can't buy it from another player.

|||Ok, so I'm not the only one with the issue. I did search to see if I could find someone else, but most people just restarted and it worked 100%. I have yet to see a GM online, and they don't have a traditional help/GM call button, so I hope someone here can help us with it.
|||Bump, I would really like to get this worked out. The game is very enjoyable, but I would like to be able to have a nice looking capital.

Open the Games for Windows Marketplace client, go to the Download section, and make sure that you have installed all purchased premium content in addition to the core game.

I got the same problem. I can enquip rares and have a cap of five wharehouses, and in the ingamecontent store it sais that i have purshased Premium greek civ, but why keeps the game naging me about buying the premium pack from time to time

also in the download client have the pack downladed and the wittygadgets whateveritscalled.. but why is there no code connected to them?

Definitely do. And like I said, in gameplay, and in most ways it DOES show I have premium.

I understand being patient, but really, several days of waiting for them to atleast RESPOND and NO help what-so-ever. Aside from other players..

I would honestly be happy with a "Oh, I'm sorry, there is really nothing we can do to help you at the moment..." or "We don't know what is causing it at the moment." But not even that. This game has either no forum mods, or they just don't care. No GMs apparently either. Sad

I actually called the games for windows help number and talked to someone when i had this same problem \....

they did domething over the phone and it flipped it on and I was able to have 5 store houses and euip rares

|||I have another problem - I have legally purchased via LIVE client Greek civ pack and it is visible as INSTALLED but no way in the game!!. I clicked Full Scan when launched - as adviced on forum - but nothing helped. What I should do? Is something wrong that I am doing?
