New Lag in Coop

So I recently starting getting lag in COOP play, all my ports are open and my computer plays fine on high graphics in single player. Anyone have any ideas?
|||Make sure your coop partner doesn't lag. Coop games will connect both players to each other and if the routing isn't ideal, you will experience lag.

Choose the server closest to where you live or just choose the default recommended server. It will test your downstream and upstream and create an image with the results for you.

It doesn't seem to be related to your connections speeds. The poster above is correct, if one of you lags the other person has to wait until the game synchronizes.

Might be your friend who's causing the lag, but it's difficult to determine without him posting here.

I turned all graphics on low and it seems any coop I play I lag, but I dont lag in single player.

Hector Won't Fall

Completed the map, killed Hector and everything red. Only got credit for 1 elite guard kill (even though I know I killed a lot more) so I couldn't complete the quest. I exposed the entire map and collected all the treasures. Nothing red left on the map but it won't complete.|||Restart it, sorry about that. Are you sure you're connection was stable whilst playing?|||Pretty sure it was, but I guess it's "possible" my connection wasn't stable. Would be strange though as I was the only one home. Usually, I'm sharing the connection with the wife and both kids.|||there is a bug on some quests that causes kills to not be counted it is possible that you encounters this bug restarting the quest might fix it but it seems to be random as to what causes it and how to get around it
|||I ran into this yesterday. Today it completed fine, but yesterday only 1 Elite Guard showed up as being killed when they all were.|||That's what my count was, 1 of 10 elite guards killed. I'll try it again tomorrow and see if it finishes. I was able to collect all the treasures at the end though so I don't think it was my connection. (In the beta, a lost connection meant not being able to collect treasures or return to your capital.|||

Yeah, we have seen this in a number of quests. Thanks for reporting.

In general, I have flagged this quests and a series of other quests that involve the objective type "Unit Type XXXXX Killed," as important for us to investigate.

|||Tried this quest three times today, kept only giving credit for 1 elite guard. Hopefully a fix is in the works.|||I am having the same problem on Homer Run. I have played it 3 different times and same thing, 1 elite guard killed. Kinda getting tired of playing same quest.

Error when try purchase premium Egyptian

well, I try to buy the premium Egyptian and always i get an error. I've tried to buy on the marketplace, inside game, and the site of the market. And the interesting thing was that I managed to purchase decorations, but not the premium. So who's it is with problem. Please fix :)

Load Error

When i go onto the load to press play before game launches it say "instance of game running", wondered if anyone knew what to do?|||

First restart your computer and try to launch the game again. If this does not work, uninstall and reinstall the game. Should you see any error messages, run a full scan by clicking Options > Run Full Scan from the launcher.

|||Run the launcher as an administrator and it will work fine.

Cannot start game without admin rights

When starting the launcher without admin rights, it simply does nothing, the button to play is greyed out (even after running it with admin rights once to download and install the latest version). Is there a way to fix this?

I have unnamed item

I bought an item from moes and it has no name its a spear for lvl 40s is there a way to fix it so it has its name?

Defeat Marion -> bugged

In "Defeat Marion" the game doesn´t count killing the 3 Generals. Sometimes it just counts 1, then it counts 2 Generals, but never 3. Tried it 6 times in different ways. Please fix the problem FAST. Thanks ;)

Exactly the same thing.Generals don't count in that quest no matter how many times i've repeated it.

Please fix this as soon as possible :/

Before I knew about this bug I've done the quest with no problem at all. The six generals were located at the right side of the map behind walls. At the left side there were fortresses and the AI's base. So the logical thing to do was to kill the generals first before rushing off to the fortresses.

The quest finished without a problem.
