Windy's Wild Widget Store

I need a little help. I purchased the Greek Premium at Walmart and entered in both codes to recieve the pack and Windy's Wild Widget store. It's been about a week of playing now and I still haven't gotten a quest or blueprint for it from the market guy. As of right now he won't talk to me. Anyone know what I need to do?|||
