Pvp Friend Connect Error

[:1]I open this topic to ask why I have the problem that I can not do pvp, within the team, I go into the arena in my city and select the opponent and says connection error, this happens even if I try to do coop,I have some setting set wrong, a few doors to open in the modem?Please help me because it's not nice to play alone in an online game!
