Load Error

When i go onto the load to press play before game launches it say "instance of game running", wondered if anyone knew what to do?|||

First restart your computer and try to launch the game again. If this does not work, uninstall and reinstall the game. Should you see any error messages, run a full scan by clicking Options > Run Full Scan from the launcher.

|||Thank you it was ok after estarting my computer. |||i have the same problem, when i restart the error message disappear but then nothing happens! i cant press play or even full scan, help plz
|||Run the launcher as an administrator and it will work fine.
