Error 80070002

[:1]When I try to play the game, I get a window saying: Code:80070002. Then my game client closes. What should I do?|||

Well I updated .NET to 3.5 but as I was using windows update, All but one update installed (Vista Service Pack 2). Following the windows help links, I was directed to delete the temporary update files, I tried to do so but had to enter the administrative password, which I did, and it accepted the password but it did not delete the files. So I tried to log on as the administrator but I got an error:The User Profile Service failed the logon. User profile cannot be loadedandI couldnt logon to the account.

|||One thing I've learned over the last 30 years is that if you start getting errors while installing a program it's always best to do the 3 R's. Remove, Refresh and Reinstall. With Vista, you can right click on the icon of the program and choose "run as administrator". I would suggest that to see if it likes that option.|||Tried it, no luck.|||
