Can not place new building in a old building location after moving old building.

Hi, I am playing Age of Empires Online Greek empire. I had moved a bunch of building in my capital to new locations. When I try to place a new build or move a existing building to one of the other old building locations, it will not let me place them. Size doesn't matter. Trying to place a smaller building in a old location. I notice when you place a building, it replaces the ground around the building with paving stones. When you move a building to a new location, new paving stones are placed around the new building location, however, the paving stones also remain in the old location of the building. It does not go back to the original grass or dirt like it was before the building was originally placed.

Is there a way to free up this land from the moved buildings so new buildings can be placed in those locations?

This is temporary. Go to another region city, quest or logout and login again and you'll be able to move the building back to the spot you want it to be.
|||I have logged out and back in over several days and still the areas where buildings were moved are still paved with stone and will not allow you to drop a new building in the location. It is not a temporary thing on my system.
