|||Try logging into your windows live account through xbox.com & purchasing points there. OR buy a prepaid points card from a local walmart or w/e.|||I dont wanna play this game anymore, i was robbed and i dont wanna be robbed again, now its not about buying a premium pack, but how MS treats its customers. I was informed that i entered wrong information, but i account was charged, WTF is that, its robbery. And xbox isint popular in our country so we cant buy redeem codes so simply, we have to look it on ebay, or else. I though that i could buy it on xbox.com website and i was not even wrong, but robbed, now i see how MS makes so *** money..
|||instead of crying on here have you tried contacting your bank, credit card company, or even microsoft? sometimes these things happen. lets act like an adult
|||
happened to me before, they said it will be refunded automatically.
ring them next time before whining.
|||either you cant read or you fail to comprehend what he wrote. you were not robbed, it will most likely be refunded. If not, then get someone on the phone.
|||
phone your card center for refund for unsuccessful transaction (or ask your dad or card holder to do it)
In some situation, verifying the card would charge a small amount (for sure not US$3) , and you called the card center and say "fXXk you , i'll cut the service", they will refund.
Lastly, use GFWL - marketplace or xbox.com

The same thing happens when you enter your PayPal details. This is not a $2 charge but a reversible transaction to verify that your account does exist and is valid.
The $2 transaction stays in your bank statement for about 7 days and is then automatically refunded.
I had the same thing occur in the past and my bank explained the process.
vytenizs please stop being ignorant, mistakes happen.
If it was just a temp block then there is no issue at all.
If not, call them up and deal with it, ofcourse you will get your money back.
|||OK, here is the deal. For some strange reasons, MS does not allow more than two transactions on a day. So if you input your card details today, the $3 charge is there only for authentication which they reverse. You should be able to buy points the next day. Also, I have noticed that buy buying it through the client while in the game works better than from the webpage.
Cheers
|||Dude it sounds to me like your just whining about a mistake that you didn't even attempt to correct. You probably didn't even purchase this from microsoft. It sounds like you bought a card off of ebay and some guy ripped you. If you bought it from microsoft they would have no choice but to refund your money regardless of how little it was. They are a reputable company and therefore can't just take your money. You are making people wary of supporting a good game because you were to lazy to contact microsoft.
Edit: I just read your last comment and I hope you either remove your post, (if that's possible) or edit your original post so people see that your problem is resolved. The important thing is that this game get's the support it needs so it can develop into what it should be.
