a big complaint

I don't care if this get my xboxlive account banned but I have to say it. The "programmers" at Microsoft don't know what they're doing. hardcore gamers, usually those with computer and game delopment degress,know more about fixing bugs than the tech guys do a Microsoft. So then it makes you wonder, who is working for Microsoft?|||

Feel free to send your resume to GameDad so you can put your money where your mouth is and fix the issues for everyone.

They're SWAMPED answering Emails due to launch. A little hard to answer everyone and fix everything at the same time. But someone with your experience already knew that. :)

However I have to agree with you, now I'm not saying they don't know what they're doing, but their computer tech people they have on the phone are complete morons. I spoke to someone about my issue I am having at the moment (achievements not staying unlocked) and she assured me it was because my Age of Empires game would not run (keep in mind I was playing it for 4 days before I called) then after she assessed the situation she was sure it was because I didn't have Microsoft Silverlight installed and a bunch of other pointless crap that I didn't need on my computer. Several downloads later my problem was still there and she told me to go to a website that did not exist. (sad face)
